** Payment of Entry Fees
- If you enter and pay before midnight December 1st 2026, you will be able to access the Early Bird discount.
- All entries and payments from December 1st will automatically default to the regular entry fee.
- Any entries not fully paid by Friday December 18th 2026, will be forfeited and your place offered to a waitlist team

** Entries for the 2027 Waka Ama Sprint Nationals Corporate Challenge will be processed by EnterNOW. You can make your payment in two ways:
1. Online via Credit Card - please note you will be charged a convenience fee for any credit card transactions
2. Bank Transfer - if you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be emailed an invoice. This invoice needs to be paid within 7 days of your entry.
Any entries not fully paid by Friday December 18th 2026, will be forfeited and your place offered to a waitlist team

** Refund Policy
- Entry withdrawals received before Friday December 11th will receive a full refund
- No refunds will be given for any withdrawals after this date
- No refund will be given if the Event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or extreme weather
